The king of Poland 1704 - 1709 and 1733 - 1736. Opponent of the liberum veto. Supporter of the consolidated state power, author of a famous work “Free Voice Insures Freedom” (“Glos wolny wolnosc ubezpieczajacy”). 1733 in which he appealed for state reforms.
